PowerPoint Updating in Captivate freezes

Hi there, I've imported a PowerPoint presentation into Captivate 9 and when I go to the library to update the 'link' it freezes.

I'm using PowerPoint 2016 and version 9.0.2.437

I've tried doing this 4 times now and each time it freezes.

Any suggestions what I may be doing wrong. Still a newbie here.

Hi thank you for getting back. yes, I run it as administrator.

Just one question, because I never use PPT as start for a Captivate project: if you are on Windows, do you Run Captivate as Administrator?
