Question

pptx not importing into Captivate 9 with transitions, etc

I am using Captivate 9 trial version. The following pptx import's, but I don't have a "high fidelity" option when I import it. Also, the objects don't show up in the filestrip, and the transitions are really choppy.  Please help... Dropbox - PresoTest.pptx

Thanks

Can you show a screenshot of the settings? Trial versions are fully functional, you'll not have access to the 30K free assets, but the application has not be stripped of anything. The files published with a trial version will expire after 30 days even when published.

PPT version is 15.27 (161010) for Mac.  Screenshot of import attached.

Btw: It tries to convert PPTX to PPT before it imports.  Why would it do that ?

Thanks

Just imported fine. Looks really good and the animation and transitions seem okay. All you need to do is add some navigation buttons and something other than Lorem ipsum this and that.

Is it because I am using the Trial version that I don't have the High Fidelity option ?

I don't believe so. The trial version is the full software. The only thing is that projects created in the trial version will expire 30 days after they are published, similarly to the software expiring 30 days after first installation.

What version of PowerPoint do you have installed on your system?

I just downloaded your PPTX file and am attempting to import it now. I was able to get the high fidelity option so I'll let you know if it comes in with all the transitions and animation.
