Presentation fails to load, stuck at loading screen

The review option shows my presentation properly, but when published nothing works. The loading screen appears and stays in place constantly. The same issue occurs with both swf and HTML5, on the desktop and when loaded to a web server.

Any ideas about how to resolve this welcome.
