Presenter 11 does not convert pptx presentations

Hi to all,

Presenter runs in test mode (german version) after download and installing without error warnings. Presenter menu appears in Powerpoint. Preview shows a result. When trying to publish, the process starts, then interrupts for a second, showing a blank slide "add new slide", then works on. Result is a folder with a "index.htm" file and many others; starting this only shows a single grey slide ...

Windows 10, MS Office / Powerpoint 2016

Can you provide a screen shot of the single gray slide? That may give more insight as to what is happening.

Also, are you using Presenter 11.0 or 11.1?

Hello,

meanwhile, problem is solved. Presenter 11.1 obviously doesn't work with Powerpoint 2016. When using the 2013 version, conversion was successful.
