Presenter 11 not showing published vidoes

I am using Presenter 11, PPT 2013 and Windows 10.  When I save a presentation as a .pptx and publish it containing a slide with an mp4 video the audio works but there is no video showing.  Everything else works fine except the video.  I have tried publishing as a swf and also both swf and html. Any solutions?
