Presenter 11 not working on iOS mobile

I have multiple courses created using Presenter 11 and packaged as HTML and HTML + SWF that do not work on mobile devices. The files work perfectly on any PC or Mac but the first slide loads and then nothing else happens/works on Android or iPhones/iPads. We are using Moodle LMS version 3.0 to house our courses and everything is working correctly there. I have tried enabling and disabling embedded flash content with no change. Are there specific settings that need to be selected or deselected? Any ideas? Thanks.
