Presenter 11 score not reporting correctly to LMS

I have a module that was created in Adobe Presenter 11 with 5 questions. 3 are multiple choice, 2 are matching. All the settings on the quiz, individual questions, and the SCORM reporting screen have been triple checked. However, when I upload the .zip file into my LMS and test the module, the LMS is showing a score of 80%. When I dig into the details, the LMS shows the a passing status and the correct point total (100). Has anyone else experienced this and been able to correct it?
