Presenter 11 stops recording narration randomly

While trying to record narration on a presentation I have ran into this problem over and over again. It will record one slide fine then the next slide it will record a few seconds and just stop. For example I had a presentation that is 17 slides. I record the narration but when I go back to review it 9 of the 17 slides only recorded a small portion of the audio. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the Power point (office 365 ProPlus) and the Presenter and it keeps happening. Any suggestions?
