Presenter and iPad mini

is there any reason I shouldn't be able to open my professors adobe lecture through presenter on my iPad mini2? I have tried many browsers and many many different ways of saving the link and opening it and none have worked:

all browsers open it as a blank page (safari, chrome, Firefox, puffin, dolphin)

it opens in adobe reader as a blank page

when you paste the URL into presenter the little spinny thing starts spinning but nothing ever happens. I even waited over 30 minutes once but nothing ever happened. Everything is updated on my ipad.

what do I do? I'm a month into my online class and I am struggling to access her lectures.
