Presenter fails to publish presentation

Every time I try to publish my presentation with Presenter 9 it stops as soon as it gets to the first WMV video. It doesn't give me an error message. It only undoes everything and returns back to the PowerPoint. I have also tried to import the videos using Presenter and I have the same issue. I have used this exact same video in another project which worked.

Have you tried converting the video to FLV or MP4 prior to importing it with Presenter? Presenter should convert the video to FLV, but I've found better reliability and control converting the video with other tools.

Thanks for the reply Jorma.

I tried converting it to FLV with another program but even that didn't work. I finally converted the videos to .MOV and was able to get them installed using Presenter.
