Presenter trial watermarked output copyright clarification

Hi, doing a Capstone project for school/work.  I need to make a few ppts that can link specifically as .html files.

Do any copyright restrictions exist on the watermarked output files?  There is this, but I don't know if functionality and copyright are two separate issues.  I would not be modifying the output. (except possibly to add arrow control functionality to the html5-only output if the other is not supported)

Thanks!

We do have Flash, so html5-only isn't an issue, and we have Acrobat X, so I am going to export to pdf from PowerPoint, then convert inside Acrobat X,- it should actually look better, depending on Acrobat's conversion implementation, because I was experiencing some blurriness due to large image sizes compressing inside of Presenter.  So thank you, and feel free to answer for posterity, but it's become a non-issue for me.
