Preview Edit and Back to Slide?

Question

I am very happy to learn that if I click this Pencil button with the Preview window it will bring me back to the exact section of a slide that I need to edit.

What a time saver!!! My question is, once I am back in Captivate 8, is there a way to resume the Preview at the exact section that I left off before I clicked the Pencil button?

** After review I realize I can just choose the number/slide section once I select Preview again.

That button has been always there, at least since version 5. It is only available for Previews in that particular dialog box (F4, F8, F10), which is Flash based. You will not see it for Preview in Browser (F12), Preview HTML in Browser (F11).

Your second question: if you have edited that slide, instead of choosing Preview Project (F4), use Preview From this Slide (F8).or Preview 5(you can change that number) Slides (F10).
