Preview in SCORM Cloud: Error Message

I have a brand new Captivate 9. When I attempt to run Preview in SCORM Cloud, it starts the process of creating/uploading the files. Then, I get an error message "Please check the Internet connection". Any ideas?

Did you ever figure this one out?  I'm having the same problem.

Sounds like something (maybe your antivirus software) is blocking the app from calling out to the SCORM Cloud website.

You may need to check your antivirus permission settings.
