Preview in web browser shows blank screen

Hello all:

When I do a preview in web browser, I get a blank white screen that points to a temp location on my system.  Anyone know how to make my web browser preview work? I tried deleting my preferences...nothing.

Windows 7

Cheers!

Have you set the publish folder location as a trusted location in your Flash Global Security settings?

    Hello Sandra,

Please try to publish and check and also try to change your default browser and see if it works for you.

    Thanks and Regards

Hey there, thanks for getting back to me.  For as much as I want this solution to work, I'm still getting the same blank temp location screen.  I even tried to add this screen as a trusted one... no go.

I use IE so I switched to Moxilla...no go.

I pressed F5 to refresh the browser, I tried to run the swf again, I published (exe) still nothing. I've even rebooted.  I'm still going to the same temp screen.

Just to be clear, to "restart flash"  I logged out of everything that runs flash, did I miss something with the instructions?

    btw  flash 12...

    Thanks

    Try this:

Do a full publish (not preview in web browser) to a folder on your C drive somewhere OTHER than this temp folder. Next, set this entire publish folder as a trusted location in Flash Global security (as per the instructions in the web page I gave you above).

Then navigate to that folder and double click the HTM file to launch your Captivate published project.

    Does it work then.
