Preview Question

I'm trying to preview an entire project. I can use the Preview Next 5 Slides feature with no problem, but when I try to preview the entire project, I get a blank player. The player pops up, and the preview controls are in the top left, but there is nothing within the window. Nor can I use the TOC to advance.


Any thoughts?

    What's on the first slide? Responsive or Basic Project? When project preview comes up is it a web browser or is it a Flash window? Have you been able to preview other projects successfully in the past? If you publish to scorm cloud does it load and play as expected?

    Possibilities: Something on the first slide is not loading, Possibly your browser/ Flash is not updated, possibly there is some permissions issue / network issue.
