Preview Responsive in CP2017

I created a quick 2 page responsive project. When I go to preview it on my MacBook Pro the browser just hangs. This happens in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. I installed Captivate 2017 on a laptop - no issues. What gives? Is there an issue with Apple and Captivate 2017?
