Previous Version of Captivate Project will not open

I have a project that is 908 mb that I created in, I think 12.3 Captivate. I think that’s the case, because it won’t open in 13.1, so I cannot verify that.

I’ve tried all solutions mentioned here for opening large files without any success. 

I had the file on my OneDrive, but it was causing issues syncing with new projects, so I removed the project from OneDrive and placed it on my local drive. I get the same sequence of trying to open the file, and sometimes I can see the typical icon “spinning,” but after about 5 minutes, it goes away & I’m left with a blank screen.

I need to update this project with new material. Please tell me I don’t have to recreate the project. It took hours to create.
