Previously published captivate 9 courses not playing audio

I have been using Captivate 9 and have published the same courses several times. Recently, when the course is published and posted to a website, the CC text is missing and the audio is not playing. None of the settings have changed in the captivate. So I have had CC text and audio before but now I do not. Is this on my end? Do I need to clear my cache. Or is it on the webmaster's end? If it's the latter what doe she need to do?

Does the CC text and audio still work for you when you view the same content at your end?

The CC text is part of the project skin/playbar.  Is it possible the webmaster only posted the main SWF and not the other SWF that supplies the playbar?
