Principal Page Captivate 3 - No Open

Open Program Captivate 3, and the principal page not open, I see only toolbar menu...and not open the other toolbar...

I reinstall program, and continue same.

Please help

You should probably try visiting the Flash Player/Add in page and ensure you have the latest and greatest Flash Player/Add in installed.

Click here to visit the Flash Player page

Even if it says it is successfully installed, try it again. Then try opening Captivate.
