Print button not working the same for all users.

I have a print button added to a page in training, however, when some print it cut off the page.  And when others print it looks perfect.  Can someone tell me how I can fix to have the item print correctly each time?

    This is not something you can control within Captivate.  It's largely governed by how the end users have their printing set up on their PCs.

    Just tell your users they may need to adjust the orientation and size of the print output before printing.  They can do this in the Print dialog that Captivate calls.
