Is there a Print funtionality in Adobe Presenter presentations (swf) that will allow user to pause, right-click and print/capture the current screen/slide?

No, Presenter does not have that function. You could attach the PPT version of the presentation if you wanted.Then the viewer could just download the PPT(X) deck and be able to reference/print that.
