print step by step options

Hello.

I am trying to create a document with step by step instructions to accompany a step by step video.

The highlighted area is too small to see.

Is there a way to edit the options for larger objects?

I cannot find an option for attaching the captivate file and the word document.

    Thank you. But that is not address my original concern.

    I have Captivate 8.

    I would like the step-by-step graphics to be larger. When I select step by step, it is not possible to read the selected content.

    You can only add screenshots in this forum, or videos, using the still camera (highlighted in the screenshot) or the video camera (to the right of the still camera) buttons in the browser version of the forums.

    Can you explain what you mean by 'highlighted' areas? Are you talking about a software simulation or a cpvc-video?

    Are you using screenshots or video recordings? I would use popups, adding a shape button next to each step that will pop up a larger version of the image or the video.
