Printed slides are blank when printing in Captivate 8

I'm trying to print hard copies of a project I have created in Captivate 8 however when the preview documents appears the slide contents are blank.

The name of the project appears as well as the date but there is no text nor pictures in the place holders on the document.

I've tried saving the project and reopening it, but the issue still remains.

Does anyone have any idea as to how to rectify this?

Did you create this print document as a handout using the File > Print... menu item?

If so, there are checkboxes there to specify what appears. Perhaps you did not select enough checkboxes so that you get what you wanted to see.
