Printing a certificate in Saba

Hi,

I have a module developed with Captivate 7. There is a certificate at the end that the user needs to print. There is a a Print Certificate button with an advanced action behind it which is:

Hide btn_Print Cert (hides the Print Certificate button so it doesn't show up in the printout)

Execute JavaScript: "Script_Window" new

This button is working in SCORM Cloud but not in Saba. The course is published for viewing on both laptops and iPads and it's not working with either.

Any ideas/advise/guidance/help?? Has anyone successfully used a Print button with Saba??
