printing a page by user

Hi,

the learner should be able to print a certificate. At "learning interactions" there is an option "certificate". This widget includes a "print" button. Unfortunately the offered certificate layouts are fixed; only the text can be changed. My certificates need to be specific. Here is the question:

1) Is it possible to create a completely customized certificate ?

2) Is there a button, or a script, or advanced interaction, or any other way to add a "print this page" for the learner ?
