Printing handouts in Word from Captivate

When I try to Publish my captivate movie and print Handouts, I am receiving an error message of "An error was encountered while publishing to Word. Please check and make sure Word is not busy and try again." Is there a special place one should save the file to so when you browse out, it can be made into Handouts?

    I don't know what version of Word you are using, but I got the same error

    when trying to publish to Word 2003. I had Word 2007 available

    , so I loaded it and the error disapeared

    . It certainly could have been a coincidence though?

    Use the Search function in these forums, i remember someone having the same problem and I think a fix was found. I'm too lazy to search for you, sorry. But trust me the answer is in these forums.
