Printing Lesson does not show updated content

I use Captivate to delivery SCORM-compliant testing in my organization.  We import GIFT content into a template, massage it all into place, and then establish our SCORM paramters and Publish.  Everything looks great. 
Some time passes... we now need to update the quiz.  We go into the sourcefile, update the questions, maybe change a header where necessary, save, and republish.  So far, so good.  Everything looks updated in the LMS.
Then we go in to create paper-copies of the assessment (for just in case), and when I go to File-Print-Lesson and print the updated content... it still prints the OLD content instead, including the old title (we add the most recent updated date to the title each time for versioning control).  Despite having saved and published, and it looks fine in those areas, the newly created printed lesson still shows the old content.

We have tested this on four different systems, four different users, all on updated windows boxes, all using updated 2019 Captivate... all experiencing the same issue.  I would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me understand why this is happening, and how to stop it from happening in the future.
