Printing problems with CP5

Question

I am using CP5, and publishing to a EXE file for distribution.

I have created a completion certificate, and want the student to be able to print it.

I have used a widget in CP4 (print.swf) I got from someone here for CP4. When I try to use it in CP5, I get an error "Not a valid widget", and the certificate will not print.

Does anyone have a print widget for CP5?

You are probably using an CP4 AS2 widget in your Captivate 5 project and that is why you get the "Not a valid widget".

Another word of caution - printing from EXE files published from Captivate can be problematic since some computers require that the path where the EXE file is executed from is added as a "Trusted location" in the Flash Player Settings. It's not all that require it though so it seems to be hit and miss.
