Printing slides with buttons and states

Hi,

I am obliged to 'print' slides from captivate into a Word document for editing by other members of staff. Avoiding the inevitable discussion about how captivate is not designed for printing (I know, but I'm not in charge...), slides with buttons print all three states one on top of the other (regular text in the normal state, italic and coloured text in rollover and down), rendering the text illegible . Does anyone have a work around for this please?

Thank you.

I know, this is very annoying. Since many versions I never use the Print

feature anymore and what you mention is not the only reason. If required to

have hand outs, I take screenshots (snag it) and put them in an InDesign

template. It is a lot more work but it looks at least professional.
