Problem creating a new project in Captivate 2017

Hi,

I have just installed Captivate 2017 on a MacBook running macOS Sierra. When starting up, after selecting "New" then "Responsive Project" or "Blank Project", a window with "Loading Themes" or "Creating Objects" briefly appears and nothing happens.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Scott

Might also be worth checking that the version of Cp 2017 that you installed is the latest build.  I seem to remember that early versions of Cp 2017 had some issues with MAC OS.

Is Captivate installed on your system, not on a networked drive? Do the paths in Preferences, General settings (accessible bfrom the welcome screen) point to your system, not to a networked drive? Check also the version number, there was a late patch, version should be 10.0.1.285.
