Welcome to our community, Marie

Does the link below help anything?

Out of curiosity, most folks bring PowerPoint into Captivate and it remains in Captivate as it's normally easier to present. So why the insertion of Captivate into PowerPoint? What are you gaining? Note that I'm not claiming it's wrong to do this. I'm sure you have your reasons and I'm not trying to convince you otherwise. I'm simply trying to understand the process.

Hello. I al also trying to do this. I would like it in PowerPoint because I need to print out my presentation and hand it out to users as a troubleshooting guide. I have examined the Captivale publishing techniques, and none of them seem to be what I want. The one that came the closest was handout. It will work, but it shows that I made my imported slides from ppt a click box. Can I get rid of that marking? If I can, then SOLD! If not, how can I get it to PowerPoint?

Thanks!

I would also like to do this.  I am going to be using iSpring, which seems to be less buggy than Captivate.  Does anyone have any tips on how to do this?
