Problem inserting SCOs (SCORM 1.2) into packager

Hi,

We've got 8 SCOs (SCORM 1.2) and when we try and package them up only 2 will insert. The other 6 come up as none captivate sco's so arent allowed.

I've tried SCORM packager and Aggregator and neither method works.

Anyone know why?

Help appreciated as always

Nick.

PS - We are using Captivate 4.

Hi there,

All the eight Sco's are created out of Captivate 4? Can you please reverify the 'Reporting' option of all the Files. To do this,Open the  '*.cp' file corresponding to the problem sco files, Go to Edit >Preferences, Navigate to Quiz>Reporting and make sure that 'Scorm 1.2' option is selected correctly as the Reporting option. If the Reporting option incorrect then Select it correctly, republish the Files as 'Zip' File and try to add it in the SCORM Packager, If the Reporting option is incorrect then it will throw the message that 'Selected Zip package is not Captivate SCORM package while adding it in SCORM packager.

Thanks,

nsukumar.

Thanks for the response.

All SCOs had the same settings but still couldnt be added.

We have since changed them all to SCORM 2004 and this seems to have solved the problem, we just need to test uploading the final files to our LMS.

Fingers crossed anyway.

Nick.
