Hello, we have a license of Adobe Captivate, serial number
1368-1807-9119-5924-8502-6330, registration date March 3, 2017.


Allego un immagine del problema
The license is currently active on another PC that has been decommissioned, this is the message that appears during installation. Is it possible to restore the license? We need to install it on another PC, we are waiting for your feedback.

    Your problem is that this is for version 9, but Adobe supports only the two most recent versions. Most recent version is 12 at this moment.
