Problem linking to a specific slide in another project

I have two CP2019 projects, published as HTML5. I am trying to create links from Course 2 to Course 1. In Course 2, Link 1 needs to open Course 1 and jump to slide 60. Link 2 just needs to open Course 1. Link 2 is working fine. Link 1 opens Course 1 at the first slide but doesn't jump to slide 60.

Does that method no longer work in CP2019? Can anyone help me solve this problem?
