Problem loading 360° image

Hello, at the moment I'm learning to use the Adobe Captivate program, I found a very powerful tool, at the moment I have the demo version. When I try to create a project or a 3D or 360 presentation, I don't have the option to add the corresponding image, the presentation simply appears blank and you don't have the option to add the image.

I would like to know if this is due to I have the demo version of the program, if not, if any of you have a possible solution I would appreciate if you could share it with me.
