Problem restarting scorm

Hello.

When I upload my course to the virtual classroom, students must complete all the lessons in order to access the exam. The problem is that some specific lessons, even if you finish them correctly, do not come out as finished and are seen as incomplete.

Does anyone know what this error is due to or do you have any advice to prevent this from happening when creating my future courses?

Thanks

The usual reasons for this type of issue are:

    • The user's connection was terminated at some point while they were completing a lesson and they were unaware that the LMS had stopped recording their progress.  This could be a networking dropout issue, or it could be that the connection to the SCORM API was lost because the user navigated away from the course module.
    • The lessons are using SCORM 1.2 but there is too much content being tracked and it overloads the allowed Resume Data amount.  Switching to SCORM 2004 is recommended for very large modules, otherwise you need to break up the course into smaller modules that don't exceed the SCORM 1.2 resume data.

Is this problem happening for all users that attempt these specific modules?  If so, and you are using SCORM 1.2, I would be blaming the second reason given above.

However, if most users are able to successfully complete the same lessons but only some users are not achieving completion then I would be blaming the first issue.

This is not necessary a Captivate problem, could be a LMS issue. Can you try out the courses on SCORM Cloud please to verify?

Can you show the setup for Quiz, Reporting?
