Problem taking a quiz on Mac or iPad

Hi,

I created a course with Captivate 2019 on Windows. The course ends with a quiz. One of my colleagues who uses a Mac can't select the answer of the quiz question to complete the quiz and the other colleague can't start the couse on an iPad.

Can you tell me how to fix this?

If these users were both using Safari browser, ask them to try using Chrome to see if they can then do it.

Safari seems to have a number of issues.

Thank you! I tried with Chrome on my iPad and it worked.
