Problem with a video demo

I recorded a video demo and inserted that into a project, pretty simple, it is the middle slide of a 3 slide project. The problem is when I convert it to an mp4. the audio doesn't start on that slide right away, it has a second or so delay and picks up mid first sentence. Any thoughts on this? Thanks!
