Problem with CP2017 Preview in SCORM Cloud

I'm trying to preview a simple project using Preview in SCORM Cloud in CP 2017. The SCORM Cloud window opens, but the project never loads. I just get a spinning loading indicator.

The SCORM preview works just fine in CP 9, but not in CP 2017.

I get no error messages, it just never loads. Here's what I get:
