Problem with LMS

Question

I have been publishing a course module in HTML5. When some of our users complete the quiz in the module, the module automatically records as Passed. Other times, there is a delay of a few hours before the module registers as Passed (this is with the IE browser).

I'm not sure if this is a LMS issue or something with the way I published the module. If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate hearing them.
