Problem with MacOS Ventura

I have a Captivate problem with MacOS Ventura 13.2 / Safari 16.3 and Firefox.
Description
In the quiz, the check boxes (multiple choice, true-false) are not marked (tick), but are counted. Of course, users think it doesn't work.
