problem with QTI compliance

hi,

I am trying to publish a course for QTI compliance which should also run on LMS.

I am using ADOBE Captivate 2017 version to publish the course Questionmark Perception. However, when checking the course for QTI compliance I am getting "The uploaded ZIP file is not an IMS Content Package".

while publishing the same course for SCORM 1.2 it is showing "The IMS Content Package must contain either one QTI 2.1 AssessmentItem or one QTI 2.1 AssessementTest, plus any additional resources required. You uploaded 0 item(s) and 0 test(s)".
