Problem with results slide

When I add a new matching question slide to Captivate 9 it does not automatically generate a results slide. Does anyone have any idea what might be happening?

    Are you talking about the Matching question slide that you add via the Slides button > Question Slides?

    Or are you talking about a Drag and Drop slide where you are using the objects as a Matching interaction.

    I've just tested the first scenario and it works in Captivate 9 for me.  But a Drag and Drop slide does not automatically trigger a Quiz Result slide because it is not a true quiz question slide, even though you can assign it a score and have it report to the quiz like any other interactive object.
