Problem with review quiz

I'm hoping to have some help with another issue I'm experiencing with my Adobe Presenter SCORM packages when uploaded to our company's LMS (LearnFlex by OpenText).  When a user fails the test and then uses the 'Review Test' option, they go through the test again and when the get to the Results page again, they are able to progress to the page after that, even though the quiz is set up as 'Pass Required'.
