Problem with rtmp streaming video

Hello everyone.
I am continuing my work e-learning for my client.
I have many videos to be included in the lessons; to do this, I set two dedicated servers (Amazon and Hertzner) and I set for streaming rtmp.

With Amazon work, the other not.

If you want to try the two streams rtmp (VLC, open address)

amazon
rtmp: //sstjnt3ej9a0f.cloudfront.net/cfx/st/mp4: mencalez1a

hertzner
rtmp: //188.40.83.89:1935/vod2/mencalez1a.mp4


Both flows in vlc work properly,
but once loaded into Captivate, to amazon works the other does not.

I enclose two screens with the basic options.


Can you help me?

    Ok, SOLVED!

    Error was outside Captivate.

    Audio and video streaming is not offered by Hetzner.

    but if you try with vlc this address

    rtmp: //188.40.83.89:1935/vod2/mencalez1a.mp4


    you will see that this streaming outside Captivate works fine.


    Why it does not start in Captivate?


    Any idea?
