Problems opening new Captivate 2023.

Hi friends. I have installed the New Captivate and uninstalled the Classic Version. 

Captivate opens, but when I try to acces any of - New Project, New Simulation, Templates, Learn - it enters on Opening Mode like this screen and it doesn't work.  I have restarted many times, removed all the files related to captivate, but still doesn't work. Any idea? Thanks!!!

    Finally the issue is resolved for me! 
    What I did is , deleted all files and folder from below locations (close Captivate All new version first) 
    C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 12.0 from my windows pc.
    then restarted my Captivate and booom it's working normally!

    I am also facing same problem, I have re-installed Captivate All new version so many times. but no result.
    i think Adobe should stop this garbage project . Classic version is 100x better than this stupid/cheap application

    Did you try any of the solutions in this thread?

    Did you uninstall/reinstall?

    Why did you uninstall Captivate Classic? You need to upgrade it to 11.8.2 to run smoothly along the new version. When uninstalling did you also delete the eLearning assets folder? I suspect not doing that is what is causing the present problems.

    Hi Lilybiri! Thanks for your answer. I tried to reinstall the Classic version and it's not working now. one of the windows said to uninstall and do it again. Anyway, it's not working. all the codes are right but it freezes trying to access Captivate tools. Do you have any other hint?

    I may have been not clear enough. Reinstalling Captivate Classic (11.8.2) will not fix the problem. You didn't answer my question if you deleted the eLearning assets folder when uninstalling the previous Captivate version. In Windows you'll find it under the Public documents, on Mac under Shared documents. It is the suggestion you would also get from a staff member if they answered your question. I mentioned Captivate Classic because some users had issues like you when having a Classic Captivate version which was not updated to 11.8.2 when running parallel with the new version.
