Problems Resizing a course in Captivate

I am using Captivate 9.  I need to resize a course and also have Rescale the project to fit the new size turnd on along with the resizing of all objects.

Maintain aspect ratio is turned off.

Every time, the resizing hangs at 79% and then it dies.   Is there a known issue?
