Problems with buttons and sound when publishing to HTML5

I have an Adobe Captivate project that I have added simulations one of which is a training demo. Because I need to right click in the training demo, I have switched off accessibility and can only publish to HTML5. I am using Chrome and the to get the project to work using buttons, I need to click fast forward in the playbar. When the project gets to a simulation, I need to click the playbar twice to be able to hear the voice. After the simulation is finished, I need to click back on fast forward in the playbar again so the buttons work. This happens the whole way through the project. This is driving me mad. Can anyone help?
