Problems with Certificate Widget printing out correctly?

I am having difficulties with getting a decent print out of a course completion certificate.  Seems no matter what printer (HP, PDF, Canon) only half of the certificate prints.

I have attached an example of how it prints.  I have tried everything on the printer settings side, but no luck.  The attachment is how it prints to PDF, but it prints exactly the same on all printers.  Any suggestions?  Widget_39293
