Problems With Chrome When publishing Adobe Captivate Course in HTML5

I am trying to publish an Adobe Captivate course in HTML for use in either Internet Explorer OR Chrome.

Our programmers can put a link on our homepage to the Index.html file and it will launch in IE without any issue.  But when we try to launch it in Chrome, we see a spinning circle and that is it.  The course never gets to the "play" screen so that it can start.

Can this be fixed?

If additional information is needed to help resolve, please let me know.  I can get the information from our programmers.

Thank you!!

Tom

Chrome doesn't normally have any problems displaying Captivate content.

If you really have people with programming expertise on your staff, tell them to look at the Console in the Chrome Developer Tools to see what error messages it is displaying.  That should point them in the direction of what might be causing this issue.

Is the content HTML5 or SWF?

What do the Developer Tools console in Chrome show as the errors?
